Epoxy Chloropropane Hydrolysis Conditions for Synthesis of Shale Inhibitor Cation Alkyl Glucoside

摘要 研制了新型强抑制性页岩抑制剂阳离子烷基糖苷,对阳离子烷基糖苷合成过程中桥接剂环氧氯丙烷的水解条件进行了考察,确定了其最佳条件:搅拌速度大于1 000 r/min,催化剂为烷基苯磺酸,烷基苯磺酸加量(以烷基糖苷质量计)为3.0%,环氧氯丙烷的水解温度大于80℃,水解时间大于2.0 h。为得到抑制性能优良的钻井液打下了良好的基础。 A new shale inhibitor cation alkyl glucoside of strong inhibitive ability was developed, the conditions for the hydrolysis of epoxy chloropropane, the bridging agent, during the synthesis of cation alkyl glucoside were studied, and the optimum conditions were identified: the stirring rate is 1 000 r/min, the catalyst is alkyl benzene sulfonic acid, and the addition of alkyl benzene sulfonic acid is 3.0% ( based on the mass of alkyl glucoside). The temperature for epoxy chloropropane hydrolysis is higher than 80℃, and the time duration of hydrolysis is less than 2.0 h during the synthesis of cation alkyl glueoside. This has laid a solid foundation for the development of the cation alkyl glucoside to be used as the drilling fluid of excellent inhibition performance.
