摘要
为满足海上油气田开发在储层保护及环境保护等方面的特殊要求,研制出了一种新型MEG(甲基葡萄糖苷)钻井液体系。该钻井液体系是一种无环境污染的油基泥浆替代体系,主要由MEG、流型调节剂、降滤失剂、pH值调节剂等组成。室内研究及现场应用结果表明,所研制的MEG钻井液体系具有良好的抑制、润滑性能及突出的储层保护和环境保护特性。
To comply with the special request of protecting the formation and environment against damage on oil-gas field development offshore, a new drilling fluid system--methyl glucoside(MEG)was developed. MEG drilling fluid is a new environmentfriendly alternate system for oil-based drilling fluids, which consists of MEG, flow pattern correctives, fluid loss additives and pH-correctives mostly etc. The results of lab evaluation and field application proved that the MEG drilling fluid system has good inhibition, lubricity, formation protection and environmental protection.
