摘要
从审批程序的法制化角度出发 ,对深圳法定图则与美国分区规划的审批管理体制进行了比较、分析和探讨 。
From the perspective of legalizing the approval procedures, this paper compared with and analyzed the administrative system of the planning ordinance of Shenzhen with that of the American zoning. Meanwhile, the paper summarized the issues and difficulties faced by China's legislative reform on the regulatory system of urban planning.
