摘要
目的探讨病案书写质量控制软件中的统计学方法应用;方法根据数据性质定义不同变量类型的统计指标,将统计指标、统计范围、统计内容、统计方法、统计报表及图形等统计学知识在病案书写质量控制软件中应用;结果统计学方法应用到病案书写质量控制软件使评审工作更加标准化;结论在病案书写质量控制软件中应用统计学方法促进了医院病案质量的提高。
Objective This paper discussed the application of statistical methods in the control software of medical records writing quality. Methods We defined statistical index of variables according to data properties, applying statistical index, statistical range, statistical method, statistical report and chart in control software of medical records writing quality. Results The application of statistical methods in the medical record quality control soft- ware made the evaluation more standardized. Conclusion The application of statistical methods in the medical record quality control software promoted the improvement of the quality of the medical records.
