摘要
进入二十一世纪,我国社会主义市场经济快速发展,全民法律意识逐步提高,病案的法律作用日显重要。病案质量检查已经成为医院工作的重要环节,标准和方法是做好病案质量检查工作的基础。在一定的范围内统一病案质量检查标准和方法,使书写、检查有章可循,能对病案书写质量的提高、避免不必要的法律责任起到很好的作用。
With the coming of 21st century and the development of the socialistic market economy and the improvement of legal consciousness of the public, people pay more and more attentions to the quality of the medical record from the view of law. As medical record checking is a significant work, we must establish a serious methods and criteria. Thus, we can have a uniform standard for doctors in their documentation. With the standard the medical records are written and checked. This will greatly help to improve the quality of the medical record and to evade the unnecessary legal responsibility.
