白色念珠菌对铸钛、Co-Cr合金、Ni-Cr合金修复体失泽腐蚀的影响 被引量:14

摘要 目的 :研究口腔白色念珠菌对铸钛 (Gr2 )、Co- Cr合金、Ni- Cr合金修复体的失泽影响。方法 :将 Co- Cr合金、Ni- Cr合金、纯钛分别铸造制备成 10 mm× 10 mm× 1mm板片 ,将每组 30片随机分空白对照组、培养基对照组、实验组各 10片。需氧环境将白色念珠菌接种到沙保罗葡萄糖琼脂培养基后 ,将试件贴附其表面每周转换传递 1次 ,共 10周。0 .5 g/ L戊二醛消灭细菌清洗 ,2周后 ,用 Minolta CR- 10 0型色度计观察。结果 :铸钛、Co- Cr合金、Ni- Cr合金修复体的空白对照组与培养基对照组的 L*、a*、b*值无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。Co- Cr合金修复体空白对照组和培养基对照组分别与实验组 L*、b*差别不显著 (P>0 .0 5 )。与实验组 a*差别显著 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;铸钛、Ni- Cr合金修复体实验组分别与空白对照组和培养基对照组 L*、a*、b*值有明显差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :白色念珠菌对 Co- Cr合金修复体只影响绿色区域内颜色 ,对明度和黄色区域内颜色无影响。对 Ni- Cr合金、铸钛修复体色泽有影响 ,引起失泽变化。 Objective:To study the tarnish induced by Candida albicans on Co Cr alloy,Nr Cr alloy and casting titanium denture.Methods:Co Cr alloy,Ni Co alloy and casting titanium were respectively processed into size of 10 mm×10 mm×1 mm in tablets. Thirty specimens samples were randomly divided into three groups (blank control,media control and inoculated media group, 10 specimens were used in each group under the aerobic conditions,Sapolos glucose agar media with candida albicans inoculated .The labeled specimen surfaces were then aseptically placed on the top of the media surface for 10 weeks with one transfer per week.fhen The specimens were removed and immersed in 0.5 g/L glutaradehyde solution to eliminate Candida albicans,rinsed with distilled water.After 2 weeks,the specimens were observed visually or examined by Minolta Cr 100 color apparatus.Results:The blank control,media control showed no influence on L*a*b* values of all the specimens( P >0.05).The L*a*b* values of the specimens exposed to Candida albicans were sigmificantly different from those of blank contrd ( P <0.05) and media control ( P <0.05).Conclusion:Candida albicans may affect the color of Ni-Cr alloy and casting titanium denture,and Candida albicans only affect the colour of green ranges of Co-Cr alloy denture.
