摘要
目的评价活性银离子抗菌液消灭感染根管内细菌的效果及临床疗效。方法将80例患者共80颗慢性根尖周炎患牙随机分为2组,每组各40颗患牙,使用Mtwo系统进行根管预备,分别进行根管冲洗:A组3%H2O2+0.9%Na Cl常规冲洗,B组3%H2O2+活性银离子抗菌液常规冲洗。根管预备前后分别取样进行细菌培养,对菌落计数进行统计。半年后对患者进行临床疗效评价。结果两组根管预备前后厌氧菌菌落计数经配对t检验,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而菌落计数差值经方差分析,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);半年后复查,A组有效率为87.5%,B组有效率为92.5%,两组有效率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论活性银离子抗菌液具有较强的抗菌作用,是临床根管冲洗的一个较好选择,其与3%双氧水联合使用更能有效杀灭感染根管内的细菌,提高临床治疗效果。但其长期疗效仍需进一步研究。
Objective To evaluate the antimicrobial effect and the clinical curative effects of active silver ion antibacterial solution in treatment of periapieal periodontitis in permanent teeth. Methods 80 patients of apical periodontitis were randomly divided into 2 groups with 40 for each group. The samples were instrumented with Mtwo,and then irrigated respectively as following： （ group A） syr- inge irrigation with hydrogen peroxide and physiological saline alternately after root canal preparation （ group B） syringe irrigation with hydrogen peroxide and active silver ion antibacterial solution alternately. Bacterial culture was taken before and after the treatment, while the curative effect evaluation was carried out 6 months later. Results A significant decrease in the number of CFUs was observed after treatment in all the groups. Additionally,group B had a significantly higher antimicrobial efficacy as measured by the number of CFUs than group A（ P 〈0. 05 ）. In the review half a year later, there was no significant difference between the two groups in efficiency（ P 〉0. 05 ）. Conclusions Active silver ion antibacterial solution is a better choice for clinical root canal irrigation. Comhining it with 3 % hy- drogen peroxide solution is much more effective in eliminating bacterial in the infected root canal,which can improve the clinical result. Its long-term efficacy still needs further research.
