摘要
目的:研究氟化物控释装置(IFRD)对细菌在牙科常用合金表面粘附的影响。方法:将抛光后的Co-Cr合金和Ti合金试样各均分为8组,测定表面粗糙度后在无IFRD环境中(A、B、C、D组)和IFRD环境中(A1、B1、C1、D1组)进行细菌粘附实验,并分别于1 h、4 h、8 h、24 h取出,测定各组样本表面细菌粘附面积百分比并进行统计学检验。结果:Co-Cr合金A、B、C、D、A1、B1、C1、D1各组样本表面粗糙度分别为(0.171±0.012)μm、(0.169±0.013)μm、(0.171±0.015)μm、(0.172±0.012)μm、(0.170±0.011)μm、(0.168±0.009)μm、(0.174±0.015)μm、(0.172±0.010)μm,其细菌粘附面积比分别为(19.56±5.75)%、(30.12±6.48)%、(48.94±5.37)%、(79.28±8.19)%,(10.82±3.13)%、(13.04±4.36)%、(17.96±4.86)%、(24.38±5.89)%;钛合金A、B、C、D、A1、B1、C1、D1组表面粗糙度分别为(0.292±0.003)μm、(0.295±0.014)μm、(0.289±0.011)μm、(0.290±0.010)μm、(0.291±0.009)μm、(0.290±0.013)μm、(0.294±0.016)μm、(0.291±0.011)μm,其细菌粘附面积比分别为(24.36±5.59)%、(35.28±6.87)%、(51.45±5.82)%、(82.03±7.69)%.(16.15±4.31)%、(18.34±4.95)%、(22.59±6.90)%、(31.17±4.27)%。经统计学分析表明,无论是Ti合金还是Co-Cr合金使用IFRD后细菌粘附面积比均显著少于未使用IFRD组(P<0.01)。结论:IFRD对细菌在金属表面的粘附有明显的抑制作用,可减少菌斑的附着。
Objective: This study investigated the effect of IFRD on adhesion of oral micro- organisms on Ti alloy and Co - Cr alloy in vitro. Methods: 48 pieces Ti alloy were divided into 8 groups and their surface roughness were measured by 6AJ interference microscope. A, B, C, D groups were used for micro -organisms adhesive test without IFRD and A1 , B1 , C1, D1 groups were used for same purpose with IFRD. A standardized cell suspensions were incubated with all test samples for lh, 4h, 8h 24h at 37oC and retained cells were counted by image analysis. The 48 pieces Co - Cr alloy were treated with same procedure of Ti alloy. Results : Roughness values and percentage area of a microscopic field covered by cells of A, B, C, D, A1, B1, C1, D1 groups of Co-Cr alloy were (0.171 ±0.012)μm.(0.169 ±0.013) μm,(0.171 ± 0.015) μm,(0. 172 ±0.012) μm,(0. 170 ±0.011) μm,(0. 168 ±0.009) μm,(0. 174 ±0.015)μm,(0. 172 ± 0.010)μm, (19.56±5.75)% ,(30. 12 ±6.48)% ,(48.94 ±5.37)% ,(79.28 ±8. 19)% , (10.82 ±3.13)%, (13.04±4.36)% ,(17.96 ±4.86)% ,(24.38 ±5.89)%. The values of A, B, C, D, Al, Bl, Cl, Dl groups of Ti alloy were (0.292 ±0.003) μm,(0.295±0.014) μm,(0.289±0.011) μm,(0.290±0.010) μm, (0.291 ±0.009) μm,(0.290±0.013) μm,(0.294±0.016) μm,(0.291 ±0.011)μm, (24.36 ±5.59)% ,(35.28 ±6.87)% ,(51.45 ±5.82)% ,(82.03 ±7.69)%, (16.15 ±4.31)% ,(18.34 ±4.95)% ,(22.59 ±6.90)% ,(31.17 ±4.27)%. There were significantly difference of percentage area of a microscopic field covered by cells between groups with and without IFRD of Ti alloy and Co - Cr alloy. Conclusions : There was a significantly influence of IFRD on adhesion of oral micro - organisms on Ti alloy and Co - Cr alloy.
