摘要
目的 观察中药复方制剂活血通脉片对高血压伴高脂血症患者的临床疗效 .方法 6 2例高血压伴高脂血症患者 ,分为活血通脉片组 (n=31)和藻酸双脂钠组 (n=31) ,分别给予活血通脉片和藻酸双脂钠 ,于服药前 ,服药 4wk测定患者血清 TC,TG,HDL - C,L DL - C,血液流变及细胞流变相关指标 .结果 活血通脉片能降低 TC,L DL- C(P<0 .0 1) ,可明显降低血清 TG水平、升高 HDL- C(P<0 .0 5 ) ,降低全血粘度、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞聚集性 ,提高红细胞变形能力 (P<0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1) ,其作用强于藻酸双脂钠组 .结论 活血通脉片具有活血化瘀作用 ,可明显改善高血压伴高脂血症患者的血脂、血液流变、细胞流变异常状态 ,可用于高血压伴高脂血症患者的预防和治疗 .
AIM To confirm the effect of Huoxue Tongmai Tablet on rheology of erythrocyte and hemorheological characteristics of patients with hypertension and hyperlipemia. METHODS 62 patients with hypertension and hyperlipemia were randomly divided into two groups. Group I were treated with Huoxue Tongmai Tablet and group II were treated with Polysaccharide Suiphatez Tablet. Erythrocyte deformability, aggregation and hemorheological parameters were deter mined respectively. RESULTS After the treatment with Huoxue Tongmais Tablet, hemorheological parameters of the two groups were significantly different from those before the treatment. The erythrocyte deformability increased whereas the erythrocyte aggregation, the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and fibrinogen reduced. It relieved the lipid metabolism disorder. CONCLUSION Huoxue Tongmai Tablet can markedly improve the rheology of erythrocyte and hemorheological characteristics of patients with hypertension and hyperlipemia.
