摘要
茵陈五苓散出自《金匮要略》，主要功用为清热利湿，降浊退黄。用该方治疗原发性高脂血症８０例，并设３０例应用藻酸双脂钠进行治疗的患者为对照组。结果表明，茵陈五苓散治疗原发性高脂血症，在降低甘油三脂及胆固醇方面优于对照组（Ｐ＜００１）。
Abstract Yinchen Wuling San included in Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber has the main effect in clearing away heat and promoting diuresis and sending down turbid wrine and eliminating jaundice.This prescription is used in the treatment of 80 cases of patients with primary hyperlipmia.Compared with a control group of 30 cases treated by sodium polymannuronate,yinchen Wuling San shows better effect than that of the control group treated by sodium polymannuronate in reducing triglyceride and cholesterol.
