摘要
研究预防性给予中药复方制剂降粘抗栓片Ⅰ（JNKST．Ⅰ）号对Sprague-Dawley大鼠实验性高脂血症的影响．方法：用Sprague-Dawley大鼠作为实验对象，连续喂饲高脂饲料2wk，复制高脂血症模型；同时用JNKST．Ⅰ灌胃，第15日测定血清血脂．结果：JNKST．Ⅰ能明显降低血清TC，LDL-C水平及TC／HDL-C比值（P＜0．01）．结论：JNKST．Ⅰ能调节血脂，可用于防止高脂血症．
Aim:To observe the effects of the suspension ofJiangnian Kangshuan Tablet No.Ⅰ (JNKST.Ⅰ), on the experimental hyperlipemia in rats. Methods: Rats fed with alipid-rich diet for 2 wk and the mimic model of hyperlipemiawas then established; at the same time the JNKST.Ⅰ wasgiven to the rabbit by gastrogavage and blood lipid was detected on the 15th day. Results: The tablet reduced theserum of total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoproteincholesterol (LDL-C) and the ratios of TC to high-densitylipoprotein cholesterol (TC/HDL-C) (P<0. 01 ). Conclusion: JNKST.Ⅰ is effective for reducing hyperlipemia. Theresults indicated that the JNKST.Ⅰ could be used to preventhyperlipemia.
