摘要
目的观察穴位埋线治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效及对血清总IgE的影响。方法 38例慢性荨麻疹患者给予穴位埋线治疗8周,分别于治疗第4周和第8周进行疗效评价,并检测治疗前后血清总IgE水平。结果治疗4周和8周时的有效率分别为71.06%和78.95%。治疗后血清总IgE水平降低,且治疗8周时下降水平与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义。结论联合穴位埋线能明显降低慢性荨麻疹患者血清总IgE水平,且疗效安全、确切。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Cetirizine combined with catgut embedding therapy and its effect on the total serum IgE in the patients with chronic urticaria.Methods 38 cases of chronic urticaria were treated with Cetirizine combined with catgut embedding therapy for eight weeks.The efficacy was evaluated and the level of sera total IgE was detected at the fourth week and the eighth week,respectively.Results The total effective rate was 71.06% and 78.95%,respectively.The levels of total serum IgE were decreased after treatment.Moreover,there was significant difference after eight weeks＇ treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Treatment of Cetirizine combined with catgut embedding can obviously lower the level of serum total IgE in the patients with chronic urticaria.At the same time,it is safe and high effective in treating chronic urticaria.
