摘要
目的分析针灸治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床研究特点。方法通过检索查阅中国期刊全文数据库(中国知网数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库)2015年1月—2019年12月公开发表的针灸治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床研究及现状研究的文献资料,对针灸改善慢性荨麻疹的研究特点进行分析。结果针灸治疗慢寻荨麻疹的临床研究缺乏统一的诊断标准、疗效评价指标,治疗方案多样,疗法繁杂,缺乏机制研究。结论后续研究应统一诊断标准、疗效评价指标等,设计更合理、科学的多中心临床随机对照实验总结出最有效治疗方案。
Objective To analyze the clinical research characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion for chronic urticaria(CU).Methods The literature of clinical and current researches on chronic urticaria treated with acupuncture published from January 2015 to December 2019 were retrieved by searching the full-text database of Chinese journals(CNKI,Wanfang Data and VIP).The research characteristics of acupuncture to improve chronic urticaria were analyzed.Results The clinical research of acupuncture treatment of CU lacks unified diagnostic criteria and evaluation indexes of curative effect.There are various treatment schemes,complicated treatments and lack of mechanism research.Conclusion The follow-up research should unify the diagnostic criteria and the efficacy evaluation indicators,and we should design a more reasonable and scientific multi-center randomized controlled clinical trial to conclude the most effective treatment plan.
