摘要
目的探讨特异性脱敏疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法对126例过敏原皮肤试验阳性的慢性荨麻疹病人根据过敏原皮试结果,配制脱敏注射液,并进行脱敏治疗,停止治疗半年后判定疗效。结果脱敏治疗的治愈率为70.63%。其中脱敏治疗1个疗程后的治愈率为47.62%,2,3和4个疗程后的治愈率分别为58.73%,65.87%,70.63%。结论特异性脱敏疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效好,且疗程越长,治愈率越高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of specific desensitization for chronic was urticaria.Methods According to compositions of allergen skin test in 126 chronic urticaria patients which allergen skin test was positive,injection was prepared to desensitization treatment.Therapeutic effect was evaluated half a year later after treatment.Results The cure rate of desensitization treatment was 70.63%.The cure rate of clinical efficiency was 47.62% after the first course of desensitization treatment,and it was 58.73%,65.87% and 70.63% respectively after the second,third and forth course.Conclusions The specific desensitization treatment is effective in chronic urticaria,and its effect was more remarkable with treatment prolonged.
