摘要
为了快速判断炼油企业的低温热资源情况,减少低温热调查中开展大量标定的工作量,提出了低温热潜力系数算法。通过对炼油厂循环水系统、装置复杂系数等简单参数的核算,对不同炼油装置结构的企业进行低温热资源的快速评价。根据中国石化13家企业的对比分析,该方法初步满足快速评价的要求,具有一定的指导意义。
The low-temperature heat potential factor method is proposed to rapidly assess the low-temperature heat resources of the petroleum refineries and reduce the work volume of calibrations in the low-temperature heat investigations. Through the calculation of complexity factor of process units and cooling water system of refineries, the low-temperature heat resources of refineries with different process configurations can be rapidly evaluated. The comparison and analysis of 13 refineries and petrochemical plants under SINOPEC indicate that this method can meet fast evaluation requirement.
