摘要 设计了用于汽轮机动静间隙测量的反射式光强调制型非接触式光纤传感系统,分析了工作原理,研究了测试系统的特性,对系统中的关键问题提出了有效的解决办法。理论分析和测试结果表明,此测试系统可以实现对被测物体动静间隙的高精度测量。 Reflective intensity-modulated non-contact fiber optic sensor was designed for steam turbine dynamic and static clearance inspection. The operational principle was analysed and the characteristic of testing system is studied. An effective method was proposed for the key problems of the system. The results of theoretical analysis and experiments show that the inspection system can realize high-precision measurement for dynamic gap of measured object.
