摘要
目的建立测定北豆根中蝙蝠葛碱含量的方法。方法采用Agilent TC C18色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-0.05%三乙氨梯度洗脱;检测波长为284nm;柱温为35℃。结果蝙蝠葛碱在0.149～2.678μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999);加样回收率为98.14%(RSD=0.83%,n=6)。不同产地的11批北豆根样品中蝙蝠葛碱的含量为0.30%～0.79%。结论本法简便、准确、重复性好。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of Dauricine in Menispermi Rhizoma by HPLC.Methods An Agilent TC-C18 column was adopted,and the mobile phase was the mixture of acetonitrile-0.05% triithylamine at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 284 nm with column temperature of 35℃.Results There was a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.149-2.678 μg（r=0.9999）.The average recovery was 98.14%（RSD=0.83%,n=6）.The contents of Dauricine in 11 batches of Menispermi Rhizoma from different producing areas were 0.30%-0.79%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and highly repeatable.
