摘要
目的 :观察 1 2 5 I籽全封闭人工放射性核素放射源植入组织间治疗癌症的疗效 ,方法 :将 1 2 5 I放射源植入到靶组织内治疗 7例恶性肿瘤 ,其中胃癌、肺癌、肝癌、卵巢癌、恶性神经鞘瘤及软骨肉瘤各 1例 ,肠癌 2例。结果 :随访 4～ 10个月 ,7例均取得较满意的近期疗效 ,未发现术后血象明显降低或其他放射损伤症状 ,亦未发现籽脱落或游走等并发症。 结论 :1 2 5 I籽永久性植入治疗癌症效果满意 ,并发症少 ,易于防护 ,有良好的临床应用前景。
Objective: To observe the effect of 125 I seed encapsulated in a welded titanium capsule treatment of patients with cancer. Methods: 125 I seed were inserted into the target tissue and permanent left there for brachytherapy in 7 cases of malignant tumors including recurrent gastric cancer, lung cancer, liver cancer, malignant schwannoma and chondrosarcoma, etc . Results: All cases were rehabilitated shortly after operation. The implanted lesions remained controlled until now or the patient′s death. No radiation related complication and the wandering seed were found. Conclusion: Brachytherapy by implantation of 125 I seeds has satisfactory outcome and little complication, which gives surgeon the highest probability of obtaining improved results for the treatment of recurrent or unresectable malignant tumor from the local dose escalation provided by brachytherapy.
