摘要
目的 探讨应用放射性I—25粒子植入治疗实体恶性肿瘤的疗效和方法。方法 采用放射性I—125粒子永久性植入肿瘤内持续照射治疗肺癌,脑瘤等恶性肿瘤16例。结果 16例患者中,CR4例,占25％,PR8例,占50％,NC3例,占18.8％,PD1例,占6.3％。CR+PR总有效率75％。结论 放射性I—125粒子植入治疗肺癌、脑瘤、恶性淋巴瘤等实体恶性肿瘤疗效显著,治疗操作简单、损伤小,防护安全,有较广泛应用前景。
Objective: Inquiring into the curative effect and method of malignant tumour therapy by radiolodine - 125's particle. Methods: Implanting radioiodine- 125's particle into the tumor permanently cure 16 lung cancer of brain tumour cases.Results :Among the 16 cases,CR is 4 cases(25%),PR is 8 cases(50%),NC is 3 cases(18.8%),PD is 1 cases(6.3%).Total CR + PR is 75 %. Conclusion: Solid carcinoma such as lung cancer, cerebroma and malignant lymphoma have notable effect after implanted into radioiodine - 125' s particle. It has good extensive use prospect for its simple operation. small damage and ill effect, and safe protection.
