摘要
目的 分析端粒活性与妇科肿瘤及其良恶性的相关性。方法 用银染色端粒重复扩增法测定妇科肿瘤及正常组织中端粒酶活性。结果 恶性肿瘤 2 1例 ,端粒酶阳性率 95 2 4% ;良性肿瘤 19例 ,阳性率 31 5 8% ;正常组织 2 0例 ,阳性率 30 0 0 %。结论 端粒酶活性在妇科恶性肿瘤与良性肿瘤、恶性肿瘤与正常组织之间有显著差异 ;良性肿瘤与正常组织之间无显著差异。端粒酶的研究对妇科恶性肿瘤的诊断和治疗有重要意义。
Objective To analyse the telomerase activity in gynecology tumors and the difference between malignant and benign tumor.Methods Telomerase activity was measured by non-radioisotopic silver staining telomere repeat application protocol(TRAP) in 21 malignant tumors,19 benign tumors and 20 normal tissues.Results The activity of telomerase in malignant tumors,benign tumors and normal tissuses were 95 24%,31 58%and 30 00% respectively.Conclusion The telomerase activity is significantly different between malignant and benign tumor,malignant tumor and normal tissuse,but there is no significant difference between benign tumors and normal tissue.This result is helpful for the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors.
