摘要
通过对航天诱变甜菜SP1代变异株及对照在生殖生长期叶片、未开放花蕾、开放花蕾还原糖含量的测定以及花粉粒萌发孔和叶片保卫细胞叶绿体数的观察,研究卫星搭载对甜菜SP1植株生理特性的影响。结果表明,卫星搭载的4个品系还原糖的含量和对照相比均有所变化,但只有3个品系在4个取样点变化显著,而且变异的方向存在差异。卫星搭载的四倍体甜菜变异株花粉粒萌发孔的数目和大小与对照相比有较大差异;而叶片下表皮保卫细胞中的叶绿体数与对照相比则没有差异。
The reducing sugar content of the leaf, bud and opened flowerbuds, germinal aperture of pollen grain and chloroplast numbers of stomata guard cell of leaf of SP1 generation of four sugarbeet line seedlings by space mutagenesis was determined to research the effect of satellite carrying on physiological property of SP1 sugarbeet. The results showed that there were some differences for reducing sugar content varieties of 3 sugarbeet lines between the treatments; there were significant differences for germinal aperture numbers and size of pollen grain of tetraploid sugarbeet between that of the control varieties while there were no significant different for chloroplast numbers of stomata guard cell of leaf between that of the control varieties.
