摘要
目的 研究 2型糖尿病患者的骨矿含量及其与病程、糖代谢控制程度和相关骨生化指标的关系。方法 6 6例分为三组。A组 2 0例 ,发病 2年以下。B组 2 6例 ,发病 8年以上。其中 B1 组 9例 ,空腹血糖 <7.8mm ol· L- 1 ;B2组 1 7例 ,空腹血糖 >7.8mmol· L- 1 。C组 2 0例 ,为正常对照组。6 6例均行腰椎 QCT,测定空腹血糖、血清钙、血清磷、ICTP及 BGP。结果 A组与 C组骨矿含量无显著差异 ;B组比 A、C组显著降低。 B2 组较 C组显著降低 ;B1 组与 C组、B2 组比较无显著差异。 ICTP与 BGP在三组间比较差异均无显著性。骨矿含量与 BGP和 ICTP无显著相关性。结论 初发病的男性患者骨矿含量并不降低 ;发病 8年以上的男性患者骨矿含量显著降低 ;
Objective To clarify the questions whether bone mineral contents(BMC) in patients with NIDDM decreases or not; snd is there any correlation between BMC and the duration of NIDDM, sugar level and bone biochemical markers?Methods A total of 66 subjects were divided into three groups.: Group A, 20 patients with DM no longer than 2 years; Group B subdividing into B1, 9 patients with FBG<7.8 mmol/L and Group B 2,17 patients with FBG>7.8 mmol/L;Group C,20 healthy subjects.BMC by quantitative computed tomography(QCT),laboratory tests of FBG,Ca 2+ ,P 3+ ,ICTP and BGP were performed in all 66 subjects.Results BMC of Group B was significantly lower than that of Group A and Group C.BMCof subgroup B 2 was significantly lower than that of Group C. No correlation was found between BMC and ICTP or BGP.Conclusion BMC in patients with a duration less than 2 years was normal, while in patients longer than 8 years was significantly decreased. BMC has no correlation with ICTP and BGP.
