在上海市区的居民家庭和旅店中,用吸尘器从床褥、枕头、沙发、毛衣和地板上采集屋尘样本。区系观察表明上海有4亚目9科21种螨,其中户尘螨为优势种,其次为舍赫尘螨、隐秘甘食螨、粉尘螨、埋内欧尘螨。户尘螨主要集聚于枕头、沙发、床褥和毛衣的样本中,隐秘甘食螨多见于地板上。螨种数以8月份最多(17种),冬季最少。全年的季节消长观察显示:屋尘螨活螨的单位面积密度高峰出现于5—6月间,最高达103只/m^2,而以1—2月间最低。死螨的密度以冬季为最高。屋尘螨密度的变化与大气的温度变化有关。
From September 1984 to August 1985, a faunal survey of the house dust mites was carried out in Shanghai. Samples were taken from 15 occuppied homes and 2 inns. 1023 dust samples were collected by vacuum cleaner from pillows, sofas, mattresses, woolen jackets and room floors around the beds in every four weeks. A total of 4921 living mites were collected. Among them 4413 (89.68%) of the specimens were identified as 21 specks belonging to 4 suborders, 9 familie s and 16 genera. Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus was the predominant species (49.24%). Next to it were Hirstia domicola (15.50%), Glycyphagus privatus (10.15%), D. farinae (8.00%),Euroglyphus maynei (5,51%),D.pteronyssinus clustered in the dust samples from pillows, sofas, matteresses woolen jackets and G. privatus in that from floors. Mites appeared in the samples all the year round and the species in August was more (17 species) and in January and December less (7 species).For the same time,a seasonal prevalence of house dust mites was followed. 799 out of 1259(63.46% )dust samples taken from beds, pillows and sofas were with living mites and a total 7012 living mites were collected. The mite population showed at the peak in summer with as much as 103 mites/m2 (from the mattresSeS in May)and at the basin in January and Fabruary with only 1-2 mites/m2 (from the pillows and matlresses). The peak of dead mites was in winter. The variation of the dusi mite population ' was closely related to the outdoor temperature. When the daily temperature reached to 15-20℃, the mite population might reach to the peak after a period of 4 weeks.
