摘要
采用L-半胱氨酸作预还原剂,对仪器、L-半胱氨酸和硼氢化钠浓度和载流酸度等工作条件进行优化,建立了顺序注射-氢化物原子荧光法(SI-HG-AFS)同时测定纺织品中可萃取砷和汞的方法。砷和汞的检出限为0.022μg/L和0.009μg/L,定量限为1.5μg/kg和0.59μg/kg,回收率为94.5%~104.6%,相对标准偏差为0.66%~1.96%(n=11)。本法与国际法的测定结果无显著差异。
A method for simultaneous determination of extractable arsenic(As) and mercury(Hg) in textiles by sequential injec- tion-hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry with L-cysteine as a pre-reducer was developed. The instrumental conditions, the concentrations of L-cysteine and NaHB4,the acidity of sample solution and carrier liquid were optimized. The detection limits for arsenic and mercury were 0.022μg/L and 0.009μg/L, the LOQ was l. 5μg/kg and 0.59μg/kg respectively. The recoveries were 94.5 % - 104.6 % and relative standard deviations were 0.66% - 1.96 % (n = 11 ). The results of this method were similar to those of international standards.
