摘要
试样剪碎后置于饱和NaCl溶液中40℃超声处理后,采用100μm聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)作为固相微萃取技术(SPME)装置的固相涂层,采用顶空固相微萃取气相色谱(HS-SPME-GC-MS)法,测定了皮革样品中部分芳香烃(苯、甲苯、乙苯、对-二甲苯和异丙苯)残留。方法给出了相应的检测限量和适用范围,目标化合物的检测限量低于0.001mg/kg,回收率在96.8%~103.7%之间。
It presented the research work on detecting volatile aromatic hydrocarbon residues in leather products according to the limit control of EU 2002/371/EC and European Oko - Tex standard 100. Ultrasonic treatment and 50℃ water - bath was adopted for samples preparation before the headspace solid - phase microextraction ( HS - SPME) were made by fused - silica fiber with 100μm polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS). Extractions were then directly analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS). The detection limit was below 0. 001mg/kg with average recovery between 96. 8% - 103. 7%.
