摘要
近期有某些商家为了防止白菜腐烂,在白菜上喷洒甲醛溶液来保鲜,但是甲醛对人体危害极大.所以建立一种检测白菜中的甲醛的方法藏非常重要。喷洒甲醛的白菜样品通过2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)衍生后进行HPLC检测。结果表明,白菜中甲醛的喷洒浓度在-0.02μg/mL时,都可以通过该方法检测。
Recent have some businessmen in order to prevent Chinese cabbage decay, and in the cabbage sprayed methanal solution to keeping fresh, but methanal great harm to human body, so building a detection methods of the cabbage methanal is very important. Spray the formaldehyde cabbage samples through the S derivative 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine(DNPH) derivative after the HPLC detection. The results showed that the concentration of formaldehyde in Chinese cabbage spraying in -0.02 μg/mL, by this method detection.
