便携式X射线荧光光谱法检测大米中的镉 被引量:7

摘要 食品中的重金属对人体危害较大,尤以镉毒性最大。以大米为研究对象,建立了X射线荧光与干法灰化相结合检测大米中镉的新方法。通过采用快速灰化预处理,将大米中的镉富集到一定程度后把灰分装入专用样品测量杯,再使用便携式X射线荧光光谱仪对大米中的镉进行检测。使用该方法对实际样品进行检测,检测结果与传统的微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法结果基本一致,具有良好的准确度,说明该方法可以用于镉大米快速筛查。方法的检测限为0.072mg/kg,单次测试过程所需要的时间约为13min。该方法相较于传统方法具有操作简单、耗时短的特点,可为镉超标的大米提供一种快捷的筛选方法。 The heavy metals in foods are highly hazardous to people, especially the cadmium. Using rice as the research object,a new detection method(X-ray fluorescence combined with dry ashing) for cadmium in rice was established. The ashing pretreatment could rapidly enrich Cd in rice to a certain extent, then we put the ash into the special sample cups and used a portable X-ray fluorescence for measuring. By testing the actual samples, compared with the microwave digestion graphite-furnace atomic absorption spectrometry,the results of this method had a good accuracy,which could be used for rapid screening for Cd in rice. The detection limit was 0. 072 mg/kg,and the time of single test process was about 13 min. Compared with the traditional methods, the operation was simpler, time-saving, which provided a rapid screening method for Cd in rice exceeding the standard.
