摘要
为了提高检测效率,采用微波消解-原子荧光法研究海洋沉积物中砷和汞的联测技术,通过实验优化仪器参数和微波消解体系,以15g/L硼氢化钾为还原剂,用200g/L氨基磺酸溶液消除亚硝酸根(NO2-)对测定的干扰。结果表明,此方法对砷和汞标准曲线的线性回归系数均在0.999以上,砷和汞的检测限分别为0.02mg/kg和0.002mg/kg,相对标准偏差分别为2.63%和2.84%。本方法具有操作简便、快速、准确性高等优点,可用于同时检测海洋沉积物中砷和汞。
To promote improvement of detection efficiency,the method was investigated for the simultaneous determination of arsenic and mercury in marine sediments with microwave digestion by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The influence of instrument parameters and digestive system were optimized.15 g/L KBH 4 was selected as reducing agent.The influence of NO 2 was avoided by 200 g/L amido-sulfonic acid.The results showed that,two elements exhibited good linearity and the regression coefficients were all over 0.999.The developed method showed limits of detection of 0.02 mg/kg for arsenic,0.002 mg/kg for mercury and relative deviatiaons of 2.63% for arsenic,2.84% for mercury.The improved method,its simplicity,rapidity and accuracy had good suitability for the simultaneous determination of arsenic and mercury in marine sediments.
