摘要
采用原子荧光光谱法,研究了藻类中砷的形态分析,测定3种藻类中的有机砷和无机砷。在选定的试验条件下,方法检出限为0.01 mg/kg和0.04 mg/kg;进行3种藻类样品的测定,相对标准偏差为1.32%~4.65%、2.78%~6.15%,加标回收率为83.85%~100.58%、78.12%~111.18%。样品处理简便快速,线性范围宽,基体干扰小,精密度、准确性均能满足藻类中的形态分析。
This paper used the atomic fluorescence spectrometry to study arsenic species analysis and determine organic arsenic and inorganic arsenic in three species of alga. Under the selected experimental condition, the detection limit of organic arsenic was 0.01 ms/ks and that of inorganic arsenic was 0.04 mg/kg; the relative standard deviation of organic arsenic determination of three alga samples was 1.32%-4.65%, while inorganic arsenic was 2.78%-6.15%; the recovery rates were 83.85%-100.58% and 78.12%-111.18%. This method had the advantages of rapid sample processing, a wide linear range, and small matrix interference. The detection precision and accuracy could meet with the requirements of species analysis.
