摘要
用原子吸收分光光度法和原子荧光法测定了中华猕猴桃果实中的 8种微量元素。结果表明 ,猕猴桃具有丰富的人体必需的微量元素 ,有较高开发利用价值。
Eight trace elements in fruit of Actinidia chinensis Planch were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry and atomic fluorescence spectrometer.The result shows that the fruit of Actinidia chinensis Planch contains rich and necessary trace elements,which has high developing value.
