黄芪四君子汤联合早期肠内营养对食管癌术后恢复的影响 被引量:8

摘要 食管癌患者围手术期常常伴有营养不良和免疫功能低下,具体表现为术后并发症和感染率增高,住院时间延长。术后营养支持是预防并发症,促进患者顺利康复的重要措施之一。过去的十余年间,由肠外营养转向肠内营养的益处已得到了共识。
