摘要
中医药参与是我国食管癌治疗的重要特色。在循证医学研究依据基础上,系统归纳整理了2005~2015年具有代表性的食管癌病因病机、中西结合治疗等研究文献;从减轻放、化疗不良反应,预防术后及放化疗后复发、转移,延长生存期和提高生存质量等方面,阐述中医药干预在食管癌中的作用,旨在发现目前研究存在的问题,并为今后对食管癌的进一步研究提供依据。参考文献31篇。
Using traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） is a major feature of the treatment for esophageal cancer in China. According to evidence-based medicine,research papers on TCM etiology and TCM pathogenesis for esophageal cancer,research papers on combined therapy of TCM and western medicine for esophageal cancer from 2005 to 2015 were retrieved. The role of TCM intervention in the treatment for esophageal cancer was studied from several aspects,including reducing the toxic and adverse reactions of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,preventing recurrence and metastasis after operation,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,extending survival time,and improving life quality. This study aims at to provide an important basis and research direction for further study of esophageal cancer. The references include 31 papers.
