摘要
通过对４１例慢性乙型肝炎淡嫩舌患者及２０例健康人的对比观察发现，淡嫩舌患者自然杀伤细胞（ＮＫ细胞）水平降低（ Ｐ＜０． ０１），经黄芪四君子汤疗后，ＮＫ细胞水平明显升高（ Ｐ＜０．０１），提示淡嫩舌患者ＮＫ细胞免疫功能降低，益气健脾法可提高ＮＫ细胞免疫功能，提高ＮＫ细胞免疫功能可能是益气健脾法治疗慢性乙型肝炎的机理之一。
NK level was detected in 41 patients with chronic hepatitis B before and after treatment with Huanqisijunzitang (HQSJZT) ,20 healthy persons were taken as normal control. The results showed that: NK level in patients with tender tongue were much lower than normal control (P <0. 01 ). After treatment with HQSIJZT. It was found that the level of NK in all patients were obviously higher (P <0. 05). These data suggested that the NK immunity was lower in patients with tender tongue. Reinforcing the function of the spleen and invigorating qi might have the function to inhance UK immunity,and might be mechanism of treating chronic hepatitis B.
