摘要
在野生状态下滇龙胆草种子萌发和幼苗生长较为缓慢,为了探索加快种子萌发和幼苗生长的方法,对滇龙胆草种子采取了不同播种基质、不同播种深度、不同播种基质含水量及不同育苗方式播种育苗。结果表明:滇龙胆草种子萌发及幼苗生长适宜的播种基质应有较好的透气、透水性,适宜的播种深度不超过1.5 cm,播种适宜的土壤含水量为40%～50%;为提高种子出苗率且缩短出苗时间,生产上可考虑使用漂塑料薄膜覆盖育苗及播种前对种子进行催芽处理。
The speed of seed germination and growth of seedling of Gentiana rigescens is very slow in wild con- ditions,in order to explore means that are helpful to improve seed germination and seedling growth of C, entiana rigescens, through using different sowing media, different sowing depth, different sowing medium water content and different seedling methods in sowing experiment of Gentiana rigescens seeds. The result showed that the suitable sowing media was permeable for water and air, the suitable sowing depth was not more than 1.5 cm, the suitable medium water content was about 40% - 50%, in order to improve seed germination rate and short- en seedling time, using plastic film to cover sowing media or accelerating germination before sowing are all beneficial in practice.
