摘要
本试验的目的是研究翅果油树扦插繁殖方法,在其野生群体中进行无性系良种选育的效果,以及翅果油树生长与固氮根瘤菌之间的关系,为接种■氮根瘤菌提供足够数量的无性系苗木。连续3年在3个地点的温室内进行了绿枝扦插试验,每年于生长季分别用生长素IBA、IAA与NAA不同浓度处理插穗基部5~10秒,扦插于沙基质中。结果表明,6月初用5000ppm浓度IBA处理的插穗生根率达80%,这种方法可用于生产。生根率的生长素×年份交互作用不显著,虽然生长素内浓度×年份交互作用极显著,但IBA内浓度×年份交互作用未达统计学显著水平。10000ppm IBA有明显药害。
Purpose of the experiment was searching for the method of cutting reproduction of Elaeagnus mollis., providing a foundation for the clonic selection in the wild population, and offering sufficient quantity of clone stocks for studying the relation between growth and nitrogen—fixing root tubercle bacteria. Green—wood cutting was conducted in green—houses of three sites in growth phase for three years.The cuttings were treated with auxin IBA, IAA and NAA of different concentration with rapid soaking 5—10 seconds, respectively.The cutting medium was sands.The rooting rate of the cuttings to be treated with 5000 ppm IBA at first of June was 80%, this method could be used in production.The auxin×year interaction was not significant.Though concentration within auxin×year interaction was very significant,But concentration within IBA×year interaction was not significant statistically.IBA of 10000 ppm had obvious drug damage.
