光温水处理对龙胆草种子萌发的影响 被引量:21

摘要 以东北龙胆草为主要试材,研究了不同的光照、温度、水分条件对龙胆草种子萌发的影响.结果表明:在不同温度条件下,龙胆草种子萌发率和胚根生长速度明显不同,龙胆草种子的最适萌发温度为25℃;龙胆草种子是需光种子,光照对龙胆草种子萌发有促进作用,黑暗阻碍龙胆草种子的萌发;随着PEG-6000浓度的增加, 龙胆草种子的萌发率和萌发势明显增强,适度的干旱处理有利于龙胆草种子的萌发. This paper mainly used the Gentiana Scabra as the experimental material, the effects of ligth. temperature and water on the secd germination of Gentiana manshurica were studied, The result showed that the germination rate and radical growth speed were evidently different in different temperatures and the optimal temperature for seed germination of Gentiana inanahurica was 25℃. The seed of Gentiana manshurica is a light requirement seed, the light could promote the germination of Gentiana manshurica ,dark may inhibit the germination of Gentiana manshuriea.With the rise of the concentration of PEG - 6000, the seed of Gentiana manshuriea had a higher germination rate and a better germination potential ,a fitting dronght was favourable to the seed germination of Gentiana manahurica.
