摘要
高校行政化是一个涉及多方利益的社会难题,现有文献未能解释该问题的社会本质。劳动关系系统理论从高校劳动关系的主体——政府、高校行政人员和学术人员的基本社会经济关系入手,为分析高校行政化的成因、本质和特征提供了新的视角。高校行政化的本质是政府主导下行政人员与学术人员之间劳动关系的失衡,是一种隐忍型劳动关系。高校去行政化就是要平衡政府、行政人员和学术人员之间的关系,建立和谐的高校劳动关系。
Chinese universities administrationalization is a Complex social problem involving multiple stakeholders.The existing literature has failed to explain the social nature of the problem.The labor relations system theory provides a new prospective for analyzing the cause,nature,and characteristics of the problem.The nature of the problem is the labor relation imbalance between government,administrative personnel and the academic staff.It is mainly manifested by the rights embezzlement of academic staff from the administrative personnel.Apart from the structural characteristics of the labor relation of enterprises,universities present comprehensive patient bearing type characteristics of labor relations.Universities de-administrationalization requires a balance between government,administrative personnel and academic staff,establishing harmonious labor relations of the universities.
