摘要
我国高等教育发展存在着行政化的严重倾向,这与我国的行政管理体制、高校治理结构以及制度构建存在着较大关系,去行政化改革,在我国当前的行政体制架构下并非易事,需要从政府放权、用人机制、制度构建与完善等各方面进行改革,循序渐进,在全社会相关领域的配合下,逐步去除行政化之痼疾。
Our present higher education has serious tendency toward bureaucrat; which is related to the administrative system, governance structure of colleges and the system construction. However, it will not be easy to implement the reform of de-bureaucrat currently. We must carry out the comprehensive reform of the government decentralization, employment mechanism and system construction. Under the cooperation of the whole society, we can remove the bureaucrat gradually.
