摘要
知识共享是知识创新的基础,但是却由于文化层面的难题而无法发挥预想的功效。经分析发现医院文化的参与性、适应性是影响医院知识共享的因素。为促进知识共享,应采取以下医院文化策略:转变医院领导模式;制定和落实支持性人力资源政策;倡导团队学习,提高医院文化组织社会化程度。
Knowledge sharing is basis of innovation,but the function of knowledge sharing isn't played effectively because there are some barriers coming from hospital culture. After analyzing, it is found that adaptability and participation of hospital culture have effect on knowledge sharing. In order to improve knowledge sharing, it is necessary to take measure to change hospital characters, which include the change of leading model, making and implementation of human resources policies, encouragement of team learning and improvement of hospital culture organizational socialization.
