摘要
目的:改进某医院新员工岗前培训,提高岗前培训总体满意度,为其他医院岗前培训提供借鉴。方法:在2017年该医院岗前培训体系的基础上,遵循PDCA循环思想,2018年实施改进措施,并对比2018年和2017年岗前培训相关指标。结果:2018年新员工岗前培训总体满意度为95.88%,91.58%新员工反映岗前培训收获很大,笔试平均成绩为(93.69±6.42)分,三项指标较2017年均有提高,有统计学意义。结论:经过PDCA循环,改进了该医院岗前培训,但不可否认,研究所用评价方法不够全面,有待完善。
Objective:To improve pre-service training for new employees in a hospital,and to improve the overall satisfaction of pre-service training,and to provide reference for pre-service training in other hospitals. Methods:On the basis of pre-service training system in 2017,following the PDCA cycle idea,our hospital improved the training measures in 2018. This paper compared the relevant indicators for pre-service training between 2018 and 2017. Results:The overall satisfaction rate of new employees’pre-service train. ing was 95.88% in 2018. 91.58%of new employees reflected that they learned a lot from pre-service training. The average score of the written test was 93.69±6.42. These three indicators were significantly higher than those in 2017 with statistical significance. Conclusions: After PDCA cycle,pre-service training in our hospital is improved.
