摘要
考虑维修能力不足和备件短缺等因素,定义了装备维修保障过程的广义排队时间、广义维修服务时间等的系统性能参数.建立了基于随机Petri网的装备维修排队问题的形式化描述模型,研究了模型的简化解析分析和仿真分析方法.结合实例分析了改进系统性能的途径,验证了解析方法的有效性.研究表明,提高维修小组能力和备件满足率是提高维修保障系统性能的有效途径.
The concepts of general queue process, general maintenance serve process and relevant time were proposed, considering the out of capability and the shortage of spares. A Petri net formalization model was constructed to describe the queuing system. Based on Petri net model, the analytical formula and simulation method to analyze system performance were studied. By case study, the method to improve system performance was present and calculation precision simplified analytical formula was given.
