摘要
组织理论的发展深受系统科学与系统方法论的影响,这可以从和谐理论的发展历程中得到更加具体的阐释.组织研究中引入系统理论使得研究的焦点从结构转向了过程,而时间作为透视过程的基本元素,在已有的组织过程研究中尚未得到充分重视.结合系统视角和时间透镜,发展出通过时间来透视组织过程的新框架——节奏模型,将和谐理论从抽象的系统分析阶段推进到新的研究组织的时间问题阶段,促进了系统理论在组织研究中的应用.
The development of organization theory is affected by system science and system methodology, which can be seen from the developmental course of HeXie theory. The focus of organization study has changed from structure to process since system theory was brought to organization field. Although time is the fundamental element of process, it is still under-studied in organization study. Combining system theory with temporal lens, the paper explores a new fraraework （i.e. rhythm model） to understand the organizational process. Thus, studying the time issues rather than simply abstract system analysis carried HeXie theory to a new stage, and promoted the application of system theory in organization field.
