摘要
在分析高校新校区建设项目对社会、经济和环境影响的基础上,构建了社会微观影响、社会宏观影响、经济影响和环境影响等四个方面的高校新校区建设项目影响后评价指标体系,并以上海交通大学闵行新校区建设为例,运用德尔菲法、专家调查打分法和层次分析法对该指标体系进行了实证分析计算,得出了该案例项目影响后评价的结论。最后根据案例分析结果对今后高校新校区建设项目提出了相关建议。
Based on the analysis of the impact of university new campus development projects on the society,economy and environment,an indicator system including micro and macro social impacts,economic impacts and environmental impacts is established in this study.Taking Minhang new campus of Shanghai Jiao Tong University as an example,this paper makes an empirical analysis and calculation using Delphi method and AHP.Finally,some recommendations are suggested according to the results of case study,which will benefit to similar projects in future.
