摘要
综述了环境铅污染与儿童健康的关系，包括：儿童铅中毒的原因，铅对儿童健康的危害和儿童铅污染的防治等。主要参考文献７篇。
A review with 7 references is given on the adverse effects of lead pollution on children's healthincluding the source of lead pollution, the tolerable concentration of lead, the metabolism of lead, thedifference of lead metabolism between the children and the adults. The prevention and treatments of leadtoxicosis were also studied. Compared with adults, children have high absorbency and low drainage rate oflead. Children are vulnerable population of lead pollution. The lead is a kind of toxicant with no threshold. The low dose of lead can undermine the development of children's neural system, intelligence and introduce their abnormal behavior. Some medicines can remove the lead form the body but they have side effects, i. e. some nutrient elements such as iron, zinc are also removed. Chinese medicine has high selectivity on lead with little effects on other elements.
