摘要 目的:了解锦州市2~6岁儿童发铅水平和相关因素。方法;应用原子吸收分光光度法测定110名年龄在2~6岁健康儿童的发铅,并根据父母职业、居住环境及饮食习惯进行了分组比较。结果:父母职业可能接触船组(8.19±1.07)×10^6。高于父母职业不接触铅组(7.39±0.65)×10^6,P〈0.001; 居住于市内组(8.29±0.97)×10^6。高于居住于市外组(7.24±0.53)×10^6,P〈0.001;不挑食组幼儿发铅(7.32±0.58)×10^6低于挑食组(8.15±1.08)×10^6,P〈0.01。结论:父母职业、居住环境、饮食习惯明显影响发铅含量。 Objective: To analysis lead level content and correlation in hair of the children aged form 2 to 6 in Jinzhou. Method: The lead content of 110 healthy children aged form 2 to 6 was determined with atomic absorption spectrophotometry. And according to the professions of parents, thehabit of feeding, the groups and derided to compare. Results. The lead content of the groups (8.19±1.07) × 10^6 whose parents possibly touch lead is higher than that of the groups (7. 39±0. 65) × 10^6 ,P〈0. 001 whose parents don't touch lead; The lead content of the groups (8. 29±0. 97) × 10^6 who live inside of city is higher than that of the groups (7.24±0. 53) × 10^6 ,P〈0. 001 who live outside of city; The lead content of the groups (7. 32±0. 58) × 10^6 who don't choose the food is lover than that of the groups(8. 15±1.08) × 10^6 ,P〈0. 01 who choose the food. Conclusion: The professions of parents, the enviroment of habitation and the habit of feeding significantly influence the lead content of hair.
