摘要
目的建立腐竹中乌洛托品的激光拉曼光谱分析方法。方法粉碎样品经乙腈提取,正己烷除脂,盐析后,用激光拉曼光谱仪进行测定。结果乌洛托品在0.050~1.000mg/kg的范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R2=0.9821,检出限为0.050mg/kg。结论此方法前处理简单,灵敏度和准确度高,检出限低,杂质干扰少,检测费用低,检测系统简单便携,便于在普通实验室和现场检测推广。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of urotropine in yuba by laser Raman spectrometry.Method The samples were grounded and extracted by acetonitrile,and further purified by N-hexane and sodium chloride.The target compound was detected by laser Raman spectrometry.Results The method showed a good linearity at the range of 0.050~1.000 mg/kg for urotropine with R 2 =0.9821.The detection limit was 0.050 mg/kg.Conclusion This method is suitable for the laboratory and field detection with advantages of simple pretreatment,little interference,low detection limit and low cost,high accuracy,high sensitivity,and portability.
