摘要
通过对有色冶金用碳化硅粘土质耐火砖的试验 ,得出了制品的不同性能指标。分析发现 ,合理地控制粘土组分的数量、碳化硅颗粒的组成、烧成温度、粘土的天然性能以及制品的成型方法 ,会明显地提高制品的气孔率 。
In the test of silicon carbide and clay bond used for non ferrous metallurgy,authors discovered that reasonable control of the quantity of clay composition,the component and sintered temperature of silicon carbide grits,the natural performance of the clay and the forming method of refractory production to be albe to increase its porosity greatly.The result is able to be widly used for the research and development of high performance refractory production.
