摘要
研究了以 Y 2O 3、 Al 2O 3为添加剂的 SiC陶瓷的常压烧结性能,讨论了烧成温度、添加剂配比对烧结性能的影响;认为添加氧化物的 SiC陶瓷烧结属于液相参与下的烧结,烧成失重对致密化的影响十分重要。采用合理的配方组成和工艺制度,可以在 1 950℃获得相对密度 97%以上的致密 SiC陶瓷。
The article makes researches into the presureless sintering property of SiC ceramics with the Y 2O 3 and Al 2O 3 additives, discusses the effect of sintering temperature and additive formula on sintering property; and concludes that effect of firing weight loss on densification is very important because the sintering of SiC ceramics with oxide additives is liquid phase sintering. Dense SiC ceramics with over 97% relative density can be produced at 1950℃ if appropriate formulas and processing system is applied.
