摘要
介绍了云南氮肥厂230kt/a硫酸装置中60m2沸腾炉内衬的设计及施工。钢壳炉体内衬硅藻土隔热砖及粘土质耐火砖,并于耐火砖表面涂刷磷酸盐防磨涂料两遍,钢壳外包岩棉保温层。设计核算的钢壳温度为285℃。炉体纵向设置膨胀缝三条。炉篦为钢板制造,表面分两层浇注耐火、隔热浇注料。炉体内衬砌体共有开孔50个,根据情况,分别用耐火砖砌筑或磷酸盐耐火浇注料浇注。炉顶为耐火砖砌筑的拱顶。根据不同的使用条件选用相应的耐火内衬材质及胶泥,严格按照设计要求进行施工。一年多的生产实践证明,该炉的内衬结构合理、选材正确、运行良好。
The design and construction of refractory linerof a 60m ̄2 fluidied bed roaster for a 230kt/a H_2SO_4plant were introduced. The steel shell of roaster wascovered with asbestos, lined in order with heat-insulating bricks of diatomaceous silica and clay firebricks of phosphate. The temperature of shell wasestimated at 285℃. Three expansion keys were setalong the length of roaster. The grate was made ofsteel and cast on the surface in refractory at twice.The liner of the roaster had 50 holes which werepacked with firebricks or cast refactory of phosphate. The arch top of roaster was constructed offirebricks. The operation for one-odd yers proved rational lining structure and suitable materials of construction.
