摘要
针对螺旋孔型斜轧球墨铸铁的轧制缺陷之一——连接颈的早断 ,分析了连接颈部分所受外力的分布状况及其数学式 ,并以 3 0 mm的球墨铸铁磨球为例进行了计算 ,给出了在三种情况下的连接颈应力变化曲线 ,由此判断最大应力发生的部位 ,而且分析了轧辊直径对连接颈应力的影响曲线。分析轧制产品可知 ,计算结果比较令人满意。最后 ,给出了轧制 3 0
The force distributuion imposed on the connecting neck and its mathematical formulae were analyzed according to the early failure, one of rolling defects in screw groove diagonal rolling nodular cast iron. Taking the milling ball of 30mm nodular cast iron as an example, the stress changing curves of the connecting necks under three conditions were presented and the positions of the maximum stress were determined. In addition, the stress curves affected by the diameters of the rollers were described. The calculation results are statisfactory according to analyzing the rolled products. Finally, the range of the rollers′ diameters for 30mm milling balls were provided.
